I didn’t know Kenneth and Simone before their wedding and having met them, I found them to be a beautiful couple; sweet and madly in love. And to think it all started by accident. Susan, a friend of Simone’s, split Kenneth’s drink at a party and between the apologies and the promises to get him another, Kenneth and Simone realised there might be something between them. After years of travelling between Ireland and Denmark, they decided to celebrate their wedding at the top of the Tofane mountain range in the Italian Dolomites.     Thanks to the great help of Raffaella from Distinctive Italy Weddings , everything went smoothly. The civil ceremony was celebrated on the terrace of Rifugio Col Drusciè – some 1774 metres high – which offered an incomparable view of Cortina d’Ampezzo covered in 50cm of freshly fallen snow. Drinks served on the terrace were accompanied by delicious pan-fried
